Kevin R. Allen has 20 years of experience in complex litigation and trial work throughout California. During this time, he managed his own law firm handling primarily Plaintiff’s side wage and hour class and PAGA cases, worked as general counsel for dozens of small businesses throughout California, and represented employers while at one of the largest AmLaw100 defense firms in the Country. He has resolved well over two hundred cases during his career including many seven and even eight-figure class and PAGA settlements.
He has consistently been named as a top employment attorney in Northern California by Super Lawyers (Rising Star 2013-2017, Super Lawyer 2020-2025).
He is available for in-person or virtual mediations. While he mediates all types of disputes, his deep understanding of wage and hour class actions and PAGA case law allows him to help parties on both sides resolve these complex matters efficiently and effectively.

As a lawyer Kevin R. Allen spent a majority of his practice litigating California wage and hour class actions, claims for penalties under California’s Private Attorneys General Act and collective actions under the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA). He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout his career.
